About the VIP Membership VIP Memberships are valid for 12 months (1 year). As a part of your membership your monthly treatment needs to be redeemed within each calendar month. Membership treatments that are not used in the month will rollover and can be used for 12 months during the calendar date (from the first date of membership). You may use one rollover per month.
Please note that we will always try to accommodate your last minute needs, but encourage pre-scheduling. If an appointment is cancelled, 6 hour notice must be given or the appointment is considered a used treatment.

Note: membership cancellation must be a 30-day advance written notification. Terms and Conditions
CANCELLATION POLICY Due to the high demand for appointments, we are compelled to charge a 30% cancellation fee of the total of your treatments booked, if your appointment is not canceled at least six (6) hours prior to your appointment.
Corporate or Group Bookings Bookings can be made in advance with a 50% deposit. Please email Management for more info.
Gratuities Please feel free to leave a gratuity for your therapist as these are not included in the service price and are solely given at the clients discretion.
Home Care To continue your Spa experience at home, all our products used in the treatments are available for home care. Your therapist will recommend which products are best suited for your needs. Gift vouchers Gift vouchers are available for purchase and may be exchanged for other treatments at the same value (excluding retail products). Please inquire about our Gift boxes and Specialized packages available.
